It's funny how other people's talent can cheer you up and inspire you to be better and improve your skills.

I have so many things on my head right now that it may take some time to see anything finished. I'm looking forward to update my page to show you what I've been doing!

I hope this new year will allow me to learn even more and, most of all, give me the patience necessary for it.

Exactly. You translate a lot of your intimate feelings/issues/fears into original pieces. It is scary sometimes, but I guess there's really no other way of breathing life in them. And it's nice to see that you can relate to that concept. Genuine and soul-infused art is always more beautiful than any picture with perfect technique but no song of its own.

Perfectly clear. ;) I tend to do things that I really like, as if I were doing them for myself, but when it comes to sharing it, I'm always afraid of revealing some intimate thought or feeling. But of course there are other feelings that I wouldn't mind sharing with people, so I guess I should be focusing on them a little more. ;)

Oh, I know the feeling. I have like three original pieces in progress, and I keep editing and redoing them like a madwoman. I feel more, hmm... responsibility about them, I think.

It's not like I'm not responsible for the quality of my fanart, but when something is coming completely from my mind, I owe it to the viewers and myself to make it the best I can.

Did that make any sense at all?

Hey, yeah, actually I'm dying to post some original pieces, this has been only fan art from the start! I always feel a little embarassed towards things I've created from the root, but I'll keep your interest in mind, it means a lot! :) Thank you for the support.
